|
| 4. |
Start your online activity as early as you can before the workshop and complete it no later than the week before the workshop you are leading. |
|
| 5. |
Re-read the prescribed reading, read the recommended reading for your syndicate topic, and re-read the workshop question or activity, no less than 5 days before your workshop. |

- Over the next two days, work out what you need to keep from your original 1000 words, in the 250 word outline.
- Redraft your outline as many times as you need to based on the content criteria. Put important references in the footnotes, to show that you know how to source a theory

| 9. |
Make sure you have uploaded your outline between 9 am and 10 am EST on the Tuesday of the week of your workshop - see Part A at 7.52. |
|
| 10. |
Think about the kinds of questions your tutor and other participants will ask you. Work out how you should try to answer these questions. |
|
| 11. |
Before the workshop starts at 3pm on the Tuesday, try to find time to read the outlines of the other leaders. While you are reading, pick up threads or ideas that the other leaders or specified participants have dealt with in their answers or responses.
Make comparisons with your own answer and think about the reasons for the differences in the answers.
|
|
| 12. |
Contribute to the online discussion for around 2 hours until it closes down at 9am EST on the Friday - remember that you will be on your own for a large part of the workshop, and your peers will be looking to you. |
|
| 13. |
At the end of your task, submit your forms to your tutor as specified to law.333@qut.edu.au. Your outline will be returned with your completed forms. |
