** LWN162 Australian Common Law System is compulsory for all international students, unless an exemption is approved by the Director, Graduate Programs. A case may be made for exemption. This unit is not available for students who hold an LLB from an Australian university; however Australian graduates in disciplines other than law are encouraged to undertake this unit.
*** LWN048 Advanced Legal Research: this unit is strongly recommended for international students.
