Paul is a member of the private Bar in Brisbane and practices from Inns of Court. He is admitted to practice as a barrister and solicitor in Queensland, New South Wales and the Northern Territory and has also practiced in the United States and Vanuatu. Paul specialises in commercial litigation including building, construction and insurance disputes. He has a particular interest in privacy law and freedom of information and is a regular speaker on these topics at conferences around Australia. He writes for LexisNexis and has undertaken private consultancies for various government and corporate bodies in the area of privacy regulation and risk management.
