Martin is a lawyer at Freehills Lawyers, Brisbane.At Freehills, Martin provides
advice to principals in major IT and Telecommunications firms as well as acting
for software and biotech developers in the protection of their intellectual
property and in the licensing of their technology.
He is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of England and Wales and the
National Court of Papua New Guinea, and is currently the legal representative
on the board of the Queensland Government eSecurity Cluster and a member of
the Queensland Information Security Industry Group.
