Chris Boge is a lawyer with the State Government specialising in property law and project related matters. His special interests are the law relating to non-freehold land, native title and land management legal issues. Chris has published articles on commercial leasing, securities, native title and trade practices law. He is also the author of State Leasehold in Queensland (2000), Annotated Land Act 1994 (looseleaf), Queensland State Lands Handbook (looseleaf and abridged editions), and edited and contributed to Justice for All? Native Title in the Australian Legal System (2001). He is also a tutor in several undergraduate units at QUT.
