Errol George - Legal Practice Unit

Errol was a graduate from the Queensland Institute of Technology in Civil Engineering in 1976, having completed part-time study. He remains a Registered Professional Engineer Queensland, and is an active member of the Institution of Engineers Australia.

Following a career in civil engineering and building surveying, he studied law externally, and was admitted as a barrister in 2004 after successful completion of the Bar Practice Course at QUT. He is currently undertaking LLM studies at QUT.

Errol’s particular interests lie in planning law, and construction law, but as a barrister at the private bar and a volunteer at a community legal centre, he is keen to maintain competence in most areas of law.
