Dr. Mark Craig is a career justice professional. Prior to his academic appointment to the Law Faculty as a lecturer in 1999 Dr. Craig was a police intelligence officer, having gained distinction as a graduate of the United States Federal Bureau of Investigation National Academy (FBINA), Churchill Fellow, and Rotary International Ambassadorial Scholar. His research interests focus primarily on transnational crime and terrorism and he also coordinates and teaches an international policing major directly to the Singapore Police Force. Dr. Craig regularly consults with the international law enforcement community, and has briefed agencies in Australia, South Africa, USA, Canada, Brazil, United Kingdom, Holland, PR China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, Vietnam, and Macau . He is an Associate Fellow of the Centre for Criminology, University of Hong Kong .
Dr Craig is currently on leave from the School of Justice until 2010.
