2002 Law Alumni Chapter & First Student Reunion

The QUT Law Alumni Chapter has been officially launched with an event at the Campus Club.

Almost 80 graduates attended the launch which also coincided with a reunion for the first intake of law students to QUT in 1977.

The 1977 intake celebrated 25 years since starting university with a stroll down memory lane - they began the night on the Kidney Lawn before moving on to the Campus Club.

1977 intake member Sally Pitkin is the inaugural president of the QUT Law Alumni Chapter. She said the new alumni chapter would be as successful as the graduates were prepared to make it.

The Chapter is designed to renew graduate-to-graduate contact as well as faculty-to-faculty contact.
