The Faculty of Law supports students with a disability and works closely with the Disabilty Advisors in the Equity Section to provide full and equal access to learning and research in the Faculty.
Students with a disability are encouraged to contact QUT's Disability Services at the earliest possible time, to meet staff, learn about the services available and structure a service plan to meet their specific needs. Disability Services provides a range of services to assist students with disabilities including:
- Provision of lecture/tutorial notes
- Negotiations with staff
- Alternative formatting of course materials
- Assessment support
- Adaptive Technology Laboratories
- Access
- FM Assistive Listening Systems
